"Gratitude is the memory of the heart." --French Proverb
My heart is full of gratitude as I share these roses, to thank you all for your friendship, kindness, care, support & enthusiasm you have given me. Some of you I have the happiness of knowing for years, thanks to five years of blogging now. And some of you are new friends, who I am delighted to be getting to know. Each & every one of you has touched my heart. And I thank you for all for the unique gifts you share with me.
I began this blog with an offering of friendship & roses. So it feels very fitting to be closing Pink Purl with the same. But please, do not be sad... for there is something more, something new I am able to offer in the form of a new blog!
For a long time sharing my art of the everyday, the abundance of love from this precious life, has been my joy here. So much of life is cyclical though, spiraling. People & things circle in and out of our lives. New things, new people circle in. Writing & sharing here, as well as the making of friends & meeting people from all over the world I might not otherwise have had a chance to encounter, has brought immeasurable happiness my way!
Sometimes though, we ourselves must circle out and take a new path. This year I've begun a new inner & creative journey. For many years I've been a creative person. But it is really only in the last couple of years that I have been able to become brave enough to call myself and artist--to own, to claim, to honor and express my abilities. Pink Purl has been such a big part of that growing process.
But I am ready to move on to the next, deeper work of my calling to art & creativity, and what positive messages & gifts I can offer the world with them. This calling is a meeting of life, art and my inner nature. Art as spiritual practice. This new beginning is still at times so tender, new... and thrilling. More & more I wish to offer myself up, to hone the skills, distill everything down to reach the inner truth.
So with all of this in mind, I have made a new place to share the creative process of life, to share the purest essence of the creative path I am now on. I am learning to polish my own stars, and be present to wherever it takes me.
I invite you to join me at PranaLight... Thank you, thank you, thank you...
With Love,
P.S. Thank you for changing your settings for my new blog. I will be closing Pink Purl in a few weeks--leaving some time for anyone who'd like to leave a last comment, or just have a last look around.

Congratulations on the new adventure. I know it will be wonderful and you will grow even more.
